What we collect
When you apply for membership, we collect your name, email address, LinkedIn URL, phone number, referral source, and your response to our application question. That’s it. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to evaluate your application, communicate with you about your membership status, and operate the Stedwyn community. We may reference your LinkedIn profile to verify seniority, sector, and role as part of our review process.
Who sees it
Your application data is reviewed by the Stedwyn membership team only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your application response is never shared with other members.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on encrypted servers. We retain application data for the duration of your membership and for 12 months after membership ends or an application is declined, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@stedwyn.com. We will respond within 14 days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will notify active members via email. The latest version will always be available on this page.
